By utilizing real-time sensors, electronic actuators, and edge-computing algorithms, Precise Sync™ actively tunes the compressor to optimize with wellhead dynamics.

How Precise-Sync Works

The EFM injection flow rate is tied into the Precision Compression control panel.
The Precision Compression pressure transducer monitors the casing pressure, or monitors plunger arrival signal.
An electronic actuator is installed on the Kimray suction control valve or discharge control valves.
The high/low injection rate parameters are set in the Precision Compression control panel, or arrival signal parameters are measured.
The unit will lower/raise the injection rate to offset higher/lower casing pressure or targeted plunger arrival times by:
a. adjusting discharge control valves to tune injection, recycle or sales gas 
b. raising/lowering suction pressure
c. raising or lowering engine RPM
The machine will learn and/or adjust the ideal injection rate based on casing pressure or arrival times.
The machine monitors the flow rate, arrival signals, and/or casing pressures as necessary to optimize and adjust.
